Clarity when things feel messy. I help teams focus on what matters, make clearer decisions, and work in a way that feels organised and sustainable. Based in Berlin, I’m used to working in international contexts and switching naturally between English, French, and German depending on the team and the situation.

A bit of both. I stay close enough to the work to understand quality and constraints, and I step back when needed to see the bigger picture. I believe good strategy should support real work, not sit on top of it.

I’m most helpful when direction is unclear, collaboration is difficult, or teams are busy but not aligned. I enjoy simplifying complexity and helping people move forward with more confidence.

You shouldn’t expect constant urgency, pressure for the sake of speed, or unnecessary complexity. I prefer creating conditions where people can think clearly, work together well, and deliver good work over time.

I’m very much a French cliché: my number one hobby is eating and cooking. Not fancy food though, I have a real weakness for sandwiches and could probably talk about them for far too long.

Outside of that, I play football, enjoy cycling, and listen to Chappell Roan and Oberbaum a lot. I also like things that come with a bit of thrill, haunted trains and rollercoasters included. And when I want to slow things down, I take my inflatable boat and drift along the canals in Kreuzberg. It’s my favourite way to reset.
And, in my opinion, the best lemonades are Gini and Canada Dry.
